Provider: Freddie Sparrow
Customer: Individual or organisation purchasing services (“the Customer”)
This Agreement governs all services supplied by the Provider, including 3D printing, digital services, hosting, website creation, consultancy, reviews, experimental projects, IT setup, configuration, software assistance, and related work (collectively “Services”).
2.1 All Services are provided strictly on an as-is basis, without warranties or guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2.2 The Provider may refuse or cancel work at any time if the content is unsafe, illegal, harmful, infringing, malicious, or technically unsuitable.
2.3 No guarantee is provided regarding performance, compatibility, uptime, safety, or accuracy. Services may be experimental or custom in nature.
3.1 The Customer confirms ownership or legal permission for all submitted content. Submission confirms lawful rights to use, reproduce, or modify content.
3.2 Customers accept full responsibility for legality, safe use, certification, and compliance with applicable laws or standards.
3.3 Customers must not submit illegal, unsafe, malicious, infringing, or regulated content that the Provider cannot legally provide.
4.1 Customer Content remains the property of the Customer.
4.2 The Customer warrants lawful ownership and use of all submitted content. The Provider, its affiliates, or subcontractors are not liable for IP violations. The Provider may refuse or cancel orders suspected of infringement.
4.3 Submission of content constitutes confirmation by the Customer that they own or have permission to use it.
4.4 The Provider does not claim ownership of Customer Content and is not responsible for disputes arising from Customer IP.
5.1 3D Printing: Printed items may fail, deform, crack, melt, or break. Items are experimental and not certified for medical, structural, food-contact, or safety-critical applications. Customers are responsible for testing and assessing safety.
5.2 Digital Services: Hosting, websites, and software setups may experience downtime, outages, data loss, or breaches. Security relies on Customer behaviour and device protection. No guarantees of uptime, availability, or security are provided.
5.3 General Services: All work is custom, experimental, or dependent on Customer instructions. The Customer assumes all risk from misuse, errors, design flaws, or assumptions.
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freddie Sparrow, including all directors, staff, partners, sub-brands, and associated services (including printing services, hosting services, digital tools, servers, websites, analytics systems, intelligence platforms, review services, and VPN networks), is not liable for:

6.3 By using any Service, the Customer accepts full responsibility for verifying the safe, lawful, and appropriate use of all items and tools provided.
7.1 Maximum liability for any claim is capped at the lower of £15 or the amount paid for the specific service.
7.2 No further compensation, replacement, or refund is required beyond this cap.
8.1 Refunds are issued only for clear Provider error.
8.2 Refunds are not available for file issues, misuse, incorrect assumptions, or changes of mind.
8.3 Cancellations are not accepted once work has started.
8.4 The Provider may settle disputes by offering the Customer up to 30% discount on future services instead of monetary compensation.
9.1 The Provider’s personal assets not exclusively used for business cannot be seized, claimed, or demanded as payment. This includes YouTube channels, social media accounts, computers, phones, cameras, drones, microphones, personal tools, and any equipment not designated solely for business.
9.2 Payment must be monetary unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
9.3 Customers have no rights over Provider accounts, creative assets, or media.
The Provider may suspend or terminate Services if the Customer violates terms, submits prohibited content, misuses systems, or engages in abusive behaviour.
11.1 Customers must provide written notice and allow the Provider time to investigate issues before pursuing legal action.
11.2 Independent mediation is required before court action.
The Provider will take reasonable steps to protect Customer data in accordance with UK GDPR.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By submitting content, files, or materials, placing an order, or making payment, the Customer confirms acceptance of this Agreement, confirms lawful ownership or permission for submitted content, and acknowledges the inherent risks and limitations of the Services.
The Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
16.1 Freddie Sparrow explicitly reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement and continuing to use Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
